Notify over 14,000 agents in North Texas by placing the listing in the MLS, including an accurate description of the property and using as many photos as possible.
- Place an electronic keybox on the property enabling us to facilitate showings of your home.
- List the home with the Centralized Showing Service who will notify both the seller and agents that the home is to be shown. This service also provides a vehicle for showing agents to provide feedback.
- Phone those agents not providing feedback.
- Place Ebby Sign in the yard – recognizable throughout DFW.
- Provide in-home graphics and community information.
- Present your home at our weekly office meeting using professional photos, giving us the opportunity to “pitch” your home, answer any questions, and get feedback from other agents.
- Provide advertising through multiple web sites, such as Ebby.com, realtor.com, TheRandall-BallGroup.com, and others.
- Routinely place ads in various papers.
- Mail “Just Listed Cards” to our spheres of influence and/or your electronic mail list.
- Distribute “Just Listed” eBlast to over 4000 area agents, and again if there are any changes to the listing.
- Regularly schedule and promote an Open House.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms on your behalf.
- List your home with our relocation department.
- If your home is vacant, we will visit it weekly and report back to you with any concerns.
